Description:

We are a fast-growing construction company seeking a Master Carpenter with strong experience in composite decking and railing installation (TimberTech, Trex, etc.) to lead one of our decking crews.

This is a leadership roleyou must be highly skilled, organized, and able to manage a team while delivering top-quality workmanship on every project.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional carpentry experience

Proven expertise in composite decking and railing systems

Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints

Capable of running a small crew and keeping projects on schedule

Own reliable transportation and a full set of tools

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

OSHA certification a plus
