Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support an intel program focused on supporting complex electronic and electrical systems . This position will be located in Hazelwood, MO . This job opens for applications on July 5, 2025. Applications for this job will be accepted for at least 30 days from the date of posting.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer include:

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance post-start

Collaborate with customers to define and document complex electronic/electrical system requirements

Translate requirements into system, hardware, software designs, and interface specifications

Perform system validation to ensure designs meet operational and functional needs

Monitor supplier performance for integration and compliance

Provide lifecycle support for fielded hardware and software, including troubleshooting and problem resolution

Research and evaluate emerging technologies for potential application to business needs

Qualifications for the Electrical Engineer include:

B.S. + 3 years or M.S. + 1 year in a relevant technical field

System requirements analysis, schematic design, and hardware/software integration

Familiar with RS422/RS232, PC104, TCP/IP, Ethernet, IEEE-488, MMSI, MIL-STD-1553

Knowledge of military standards (MIL-STD-810, -461, -1472, etc.)

Proficient in CAD and electrical schematic design

Skilled in JIRA for project planning, cost/schedule tracking, and SOW execution

Compensation for the Electrical Engineer include:

Salary Range: $110,000-120,000 **depending on experience**
