Lead Estimator – Mechanical & Industrial Piping Location: St. Louis, MO Position Type: Full-Time

A well-established mechanical contractor in St. Louis is hiring a Lead Estimator to take full ownership of its preconstruction process. Specializing in industrial/process piping, HVAC, and plumbing , this firm is looking for someone who brings expertise, initiative, and leadership—someone who can run the estimating department and help drive strategic project wins.

• Leading all aspects of mechanical and piping estimates , from scope review and takeoffs to pricing and final proposal

• Coordinating closely with project managers and leadership to shape winning strategies

• Analyzing drawings and specs, identifying risk, and ensuring competitive, accurate numbers

• Setting internal standards and mentoring junior estimators (if applicable)

• Playing a key role in preconstruction and business development efforts
