We're seeking hands-on, detail-driven individuals to join our tent fabrication team at a modern manufacturing facility in Aurora, Colorado. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that crafts high-quality, safety-focused products used across critical industries. Shift: 1st , Monday-Thursday schedule (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) with occasional overtime Pay: $23.00hr - $31.00hr (based on experience) About the Role: As a Tent Fabrication Technician, you'll be responsible for cutting, prepping, and assembling tent materials and components. Whether working with fiberglass poles, vinyl panels, or custom frames, your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly impact the quality and reliability of the final product. What You Bring: Must have experience in production, construction, general labor, or textiles Textile or sewing experience is a plus** Familiarity with hand tools, cutting equipment, and fabrication processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety What You'll Do: Your responsibilities will vary based on experience level: Level 1 - Entry-Level Technician Cut fiberglass poles and prep materials for sewing Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation Bundle, label, and stage tent components Assist with material movement and basic assembly Level 2 - Technician Operate power tools and interpret technical drawings Prep and stage full tent builds for downstream operations Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot minor defects Mentor Level 1 teammates and coordinate with sewing teams Level 3 - Technician Lead custom and prototype tent builds Collaborate with engineering on new materials and designs Use SolidWorks and nesting software to optimize patterns and material usage Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor across the team What's Offered: Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and educational assistance A collaborative, hands-on environment where your work makes a difference Ready to bring your skills to a team that values quality, safety, and innovation?
