Job Description This position involves working on a variety of small commercial medical facility renovation jobs primarily located in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia (NOVA). As a Superintendent, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery. Initial projects will be situated in NOVA, specifically in the upper left corner of Virginia. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee small commercial medical facility renovation projects.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction promptly.
- 1.5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent.
- Proven track record of completing small interiors projects, particularly in medical or dental settings.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in overseeing projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small team.
