Estimator / Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator Project Manager with strong experience in commercial construction, particularly interior renovation, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in estimating and project management for projects ranging from $50,000 to $1 million. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the project management team and work directly with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop competitive bids for new business.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Manage the bidding process and ensure compliance with building permits and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.

• 3-5 years of experience as an estimator in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and project scheduling.
• Experience with project sizes ranging from $50,000 to $1 million.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and bidding processes.
• Familiarity with estimating software and construction management tools.

• Experience in interior renovation projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with Sage software is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
