Seeking General Maintenance/Construction Worker to Add to Team

Property/Business Owner Seeks a Full-Time 8am-5pm, Reliable General Maintenance/Construction Worker to Add to Existing Team.
Applicant must speak English. Ability and access to drive a car; MUST have valid drivers license and current automobile insurance to transport tools and supplies throughout property when necessary. Must have a clean record/no criminal history. MUST arrive and clock out on time.
Assist with overseeing turnkey operations and ensure that vacant units are rent-ready in a timely manner. Willingness to work as a team is a must. Perform general grounds cleanup and the cleaning of rentals. Ability to utilize general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: hand tools, ladders, vacuum pumps, landscaping, blowers, pressure washers and required safety equipment. Must have ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work and inspect work sites; lift, move, and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.
