Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $23 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean of tools and equipment
• Clear and prepare job site before and after framing tasks
• Remove debris and waste in compliance with site safety standards Set up barricades, signage, and flagging to warn of hazards
• Lift and carry heavy materials over short distances
• Work under the direction of carpenters and site supervisors
• Assist with scaffolding, bracing, and temporary supports
• Support the setup of platforms and work zones
• Assist carpenters in layout and alignment
• Completing tasks efficiently to keep up with construction schedules
• Prioritizing duties as directed on fast-paced job sites

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site hazard prevention
• Proper use of PPE (hard hats, gloves, eye protection, etc.)
• Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, tape measures, levels)
• Ability to load, unload, and transport lumber, panels, and framing materials
• OSHA 10 Certified
