Carpentry Installer**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented installer to join our team. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and experience with trim or cabinet installation, we want to hear from you!

Pay - 23-27

**Responsibilities**

+ Install custom cabinets and architectural trim, including crown molding and baseboards.

+ Assemble cabinetry and millwork components both in the shop and on-site.

+ Read and interpret tape measures and basic construction drawings.

+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

+ Occasionally assist with gluing laminate on desks and other surfaces during installation.

+ Ride along with experienced team members from project to project.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, or trim work.

+ Strong skills in crown molding installation.

+ Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools.

+ Experience in carpentry or woodworking.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Previous experience installing custom or high-end cabinetry.

+ Ability to read blueprints.

+ Proficiency with hand tools, nail guns, and tape measures.

**Work Environment**

Work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The work environment is in construction, involving remodeling and building various commercial projects. The culture emphasizes teamwork and camaraderie, with team activities like attending RiverDogs games. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, long pants, long shirts, safety glasses, a hard hat, and a hi-vis vest.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
