**Job Description**
Join our team to build high-quality products specifically designed for the demanding needs of the fertilizer industry. Our projects include creating blenders, mixers, bucket elevators, conveyors, and rotary drums. This role primarily involves stainless steel MIG welding to construct custom fertilizer bins.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform stainless steel MIG welding to create custom fertilizer bins.
+ Conduct MIG welding on stainless steel sheets and other custom welds.
+ Work in the tank bay reading blueprints and perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel pipes, sheet metal, plates, and channels.
+ Utilize .035-.045 diameter fluxcore hardwire welding equipment.
+ Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
+ Engage in custom welding tasks, not production line work.
+ Navigate around tanks throughout the day, requiring comfort working in confined spaces.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Welding certification or diploma.
+ Prior experience in MIG welding.
