• Youll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled team working in our Topeka manufacturing facility.
• Expect a fast-paced but structured environment where safety and quality come first.
• Youll collaborate daily with sales, machinists, and technicians to meet production and project goals.
• This is a full-time, onsite role, typically Monday through Friday , 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Traveling will account for about 10% annually.
• Hands-on involvement with state-of-the-art equipment and shop floor activities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range $65,000 $70,000

Requirements Who Were Looking For:

Youre a fit for HFRM if you:

• Enjoy solving real-world problems with your hands and your head.
• Thrive in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively and work well on a team.
• Must be in commutable distance to Topeka, Kansas, United States
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and part design.
• Bachelors in mechanical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 13 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP preferred
• Experience in AutoCAD, and SolidWorks required .
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings .
• Able to identify problems and solutions when analyzing a design .
• Professional demeanor with discretion in handling sensitive information .
• Supervisor experience preferred
• Ability to stay current on engineering practices, materials, and machinery.
• Supporting technical requirements for subcontracting and in-house production.
