Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in and around Ballard, WA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $38-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform Dual Shield LN25 .052 Wire Welding (FCAW)
• Work on Dry Dock Construction Projects
• Execute Fillet welds, Butt seams, Back gouging, Grinding and Surface Prep
• Fabricate and Fit Steel and Aluminum Components for Hulls, Bulkheads, Decks
• Fit and Tack Weld Components with Precision
• Operate Fabrication Tools and Machinery: Saws & Grinders
• Ensure all Work Meets Marine Structural Integrity Standards

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 2 Years Experience as a Fitter Welder
  • Able to Read and Interpret Blueprints
  • Experience in Marine Fabrication
  • Skilled in Dual Shield/Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
  • Comfortable Working In Confined Spaces, at Heights, and In Various Weather Conditions
  • Must Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area
  • Able to Collaborate with Engineers and Team Members
  • Must Follow Shipyard Safety Protocols
  • Standard PPE
