You’ll handle residential and light commercial plumbing service calls including repairs, replacements, and diagnostics - all while delivering world-class customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems (residential/light commercial)
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations (water heaters, drains, fixtures, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions
• Use company-provided tools, equipment, and tablets for job tracking and invoicing
• Maintain clean, professional appearance and work vehicle

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of plumbing experience required
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to grow
• Relevant plumbing license or ability to obtain one (a plus)
