Advantage xPO is hiring a skilled HVAC Technician in Charlotte, NC, for a direct-hire opportunity with a nationwide facilities services leader known for providing comprehensive mechanical solutions. If you have the technical know-how, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong sense of independence, this could be your next big move!

Hours and Pay:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift

Pay: $32-$34 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Direct-hire

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and inspections on commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to ensure equipment efficiency and safety
• Interpret blueprints and technical manuals with precision
• Complete belt adjustments, oiling, greasing, and cleaning of equipment
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC controls and low-voltage systems
• Keep accurate maintenance records and complete service paperwork on time
• Serve as the face of service excellence-communicate clearly with customers and suggest preventive actions
• Collaborate with other trades and provide technical input when needed
• Uphold all safety procedures and practices in accordance with site and industry standards

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of journey-level HVAC experience
• NC/SC HVAC license preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency with HVAC software tools and low-voltage controls
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
