Project Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking motivated candidates with 1-2 years of experience in general contracting or construction, particularly in public works, hard bid, or multifamily projects. Join our dynamic team working on diverse market segments including education, civic, healthcare, and private corporate work. Currently, we are involved in an exciting ground-up build for a recreation and aquatic center project in South Lake Tahoe, expected to continue until April next year.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects align with company core values and standards.
  • Travel to South Lake Tahoe project site as required.
Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience with a general contractor or construction company.
  • Experience in public works, hard bid, or multifamily projects.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with construction software like Procore.

Work Environment

The position requires working on-site at a trailer in South Lake Tahoe. Optional accommodation is available in Tahoe to avoid daily commutes. The role offers a professional atmosphere with an emphasis on teamwork and clear communication.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $55.28/hr.
