PROMAN STAFFING is actively recruiting for a local HVAC company in Farmington, MO who is currently looking for HVAC Installation Technicians with the minimum of 3 years experience!

Job Title: Experienced HVAC Installation Technician

Location: Farmington, MO

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Rotating Saturdays may be required after training is completed.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Install Technician with 2 to 3 years of experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation. As part of our growing team in Farmington, MO, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality HVAC installation services, ensuring systems are installed efficiently and up to code, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, etc.)

* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

* Perform start-ups and commissioning of newly installed systems

* Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety standards

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors

* Accurately complete installation documentation and reports

* Participate in rotating Saturday schedule upon completion of training
