Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
The selected candidate will play a versatile role within the facility, being cross-trained on all processes. This dynamic position requires adaptability and a willingness to learn various tasks essential to the operations of the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle and lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
+ Break down raw materials efficiently.
+ Fill sacks and stack them on pallets for the forklift operator.
+ Move pallets of material from one point to another within the facility.
+ Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and potentially some front-end loaders.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience.
+ Proficient math skills for accurately weighing materials.
+ Experience operating mobile equipment, including sit-down forklifts, overhead cranes, skid steers, skid loaders, bobcats, and railcars.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience with bulldozers, front-end loaders, bobcats, and overhead cranes.
+ Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
+ Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.
+ Leadership experience.
+ Experience as a farm hand.
+ Railroad experience.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
