Overview:
A leading feed manufacturing operation is seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our maintenance team. This position is vital to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our feed mill operations. If you're a problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in precision work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and replace components on both new and existing milling and conveying equipment.

• Identify issues through visual, auditory, and tactile inspection to maintain optimal plant performance.

• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs and support ongoing preventive maintenance initiatives.

• Assemble and install equipment and machinery with precision.

• Perform steel fabrication work including welding, cutting, and measuringoften outdoors.

• Train and support less experienced team members when necessary.

• Follow all safety protocols including LOTO, Hot Work Permits, and Confined Space Permits.

• Collaborate with outside contractors and internal project teams when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Millwright experience, preferably in grain elevator or feed mill environments.

• Strong knowledge of chain conveyors, belt conveyors, augers, bucket elevators, and mixers.

• Skilled in steel fabrication and welding.

• Proficient troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Ability to work in dusty, dirty, and outdoor environments year-round.

• Basic electrical, hydraulic, and computer skills.

• Fluent in English and safety-oriented.

• Team-player mindset with strong work ethic.
