Line Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated candidates to join the Line 1 Operating Team. This role involves rotating through four different positions during a 10-hour shift, handling various stages of production including conveyor operations, furnace handling, pressing, quenching, painting, and quality inspection.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and rotate through four positions during a 10-hour shift.
+ Place blades on conveyor line for oven/furnace processing.
+ Use hand tools or grabbers to handle blades post-furnace.
+ Set blades in press and then move them to the quench for cooling.
+ Hang blades for painting and conduct quality inspection before shipment.

+ General labor and production experience.
+ Manufacturing knowledge.
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
+ Team player mindset.
+ Ability to measure and attention to detail.
+ Assembly line and machine operation skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Capability to remain on feet for 10-hour shifts.
+ Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
+ Attention to detail for identifying quality defects.
+ Willingness to be trained on operating rhythm as part of a team process.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
