Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Two Man Crew is hiring a skilled and dependable Handyman or Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We handle a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and light construction tasks. If you have your own tools and a reliable truck or van, and you take pride in getting the job done right wed love to meet you.

Types of Work We Handle (based on your skillset):
Drywall repair, taping, texture, and painting

Flooring installation (LVP, carpet, linoleum)
Fence and gate repairs
Countertop or vanity swaps
Basic plumbing (faucet, toilet, supply lines)
Light electrical (outlets, fixtures, GFCIs)
General handyman work and small upgrades

You dont need to be an expert in everything. If youre highly skilled in just a few areas, we can build a schedule around your strengths. If youre a jack-of-all-trades, well keep you booked.

What Were Looking For:
Experience in maintenance, remodeling, or handyman work
Your own tools (specific to the work youre skilled in)
A reliable truck or van (gas is reimbursed)
Ability to work independently or alongside a helper
Solid communication and a professional attitude

What We Offer:
$40$50/hour depending on experience and skillset
Tool allowance and gas reimbursement
Full-time or on-call options
W-2 employment preferred (1099 may be considered for certain roles)
Paid working interview so we can both make sure its a good fit
