JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Maintenance Electrician 1 (2nd
2:45p-12:45a Mon-Thurs, \$28.00/hr + \$1.00 shift premium) Who we are
looking for: We are currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician 1 to
be based out of De Pere, WI. Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor, this
person will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance of
electrical equipment, wiring, and resources. This person will also
identify and complete preventive maintenance and predictive equipment
maintenance. What you\'ll do: Additional Responsibilities include, but
are not limited to: Determine the reason for any malfunctions of systems
or components and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the
problem. Assist with planning and installation of new equipment. Work
closely with production management to increase equipment performance and
uptime. Provide procedural improvements. Conduct routine maintenance of
electrical, wiring, and resources. Participate in Lean Manufacturing
activities and promotes the plant Lean culture. What you\'ll bring:
Associate degree in an Electrical field recommended but not required.
Three to five years electrical troubleshooting experience in an
industrial environment. Demonstrable knowledge of AC/DC drives, welding
equipment, flying cut-offs, Servo Drive systems, and 3-phase power
systems. Work with OEM customer service to troubleshoot equipment
issues. Within 3 months, you\'ll: Complete your front line Atkore
Immersion program. Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the
