Job Description
This role is responsible for material and equipment procurement for all Consigli Projects.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Provide excellent customer service to project teams
Coordinate daily purchasing orders between job site and vendors
Evaluate and negotiate prices from vendors
Collect and track all PO confirmations.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Research potential vendors
Drive supply and equipment material from warehouse
Assist in warehouse organization of overstock materials
Other duties as assigned per supervisor

Strong team player with a positive attitude
Strong understanding of construction materials & supply
Uses time efficiently, specifically in planning and organizing.
Adapts to changes in the work environment
Generates suggestions for improving work.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; is detail-oriented and organized.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, with occasional out of state and travel. Less than 10% of time travel expected.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized experience in construction or building materials preferred.
Any unsolicited resumes/profiles sent to Consigli including unsolicited resumes/profiles sent directly to any Consigli employees, will be considered Consigli property. Consigli will not pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume.
