We're hiring a Site Safety Manager for a large-scale facility installation. This is a hands-on role leading safety efforts onsite with about 35 internal employees and multiple subcontractors. You'll be the key safety liaison for the general contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site safety efforts and enforce protocols across subcontractors

Conduct and track employee safety orientations

Maintain safety records, incident logs, and compliance tracking

Interface with client and contractor safety teams

Support training and certification efforts (MEWP, PIT, etc.)

Uphold a strong safety culture from project kickoff through closeout

Requirements:

10+ years of field safety experience on construction or industrial sites

Strong computer and Excel skills (testing required)

Experience managing subcontractors and holding GCs accountable

Comfortable leading orientations and tracking training

MEWP and PIT certifications (or willingness to complete training)
