Job Overview:
Under indirect supervision, provides facilities and administrative support to Renewables offices in Colorado and Arizona. Manages the reception team to ensure excellent front desk operations and customer service across all office locations.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
- Performs space planning for all offices; manages and maintains space reservation software. Coordinates and executes seat moves and new hire space needs.
- Manages CMMS software and coordinates all preventative maintenance.
- Assists Facilities Manager in overseeing and directing contractor work with repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
- Maintains work order records and proper contractor documentation/certifications for preferred vendors.
- Responds to work orders and requests submitted by employees for office support.
- Collaborates with property management as needed.
- May be asked to support after-hours and weekend urgent requests/emergencies.
Reception/Front Desk Management
- Supervises the Reception team, including:
- Scheduling and managing front desk coverage across multiple offices.
- Training and developing Reception staff.
- Ensuring professional customer service and visitor management processes.
- Overseeing reception administrative tasks (e.g., mail handling, phone coverage, office supply inventory).
- Supports office management and administration as needed (ordering supplies, stocking conference rooms, supporting on-site meetings, sourcing special requests, etc.).
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ facilities experience and working in a professional office environment.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification preferred.
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Must be courteous and diplomatic in dealing with others
- Must be well-organized, detail and customer oriented
- Experience with CMMS is preferred.

Pay Equity:
$85,000 - $100,000 per year

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
