THE JOB:

We are looking for a dedicated Horticulture Laborer to join our team at MGM Resorts. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of our beautiful landscapes and gardens, ensuring that our outdoor spaces are pristine and inviting for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.47 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Perform general landscaping tasks including planting, watering, weeding, and pruning various plants and flowers.

• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Assist in the design and installation of new landscaping projects.

• Monitor plant health and report any issues to the gardening team.

• Help maintain cleanliness in all outdoor areas, including pathways and event spaces.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Previous experience in horticulture or landscaping is preferred but not required
