Commercial Carpenter Immediate Opportunity** **

**Location:** Ames, IA

**Schedule:** Monday Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Job Overview:** Join our team of skilled professionals and take part in meaningful projects across Ames, including high-profile work at Iowa State University. We're looking for an experienced Finish and Rough Carpenter who takes pride in their craftsmanship and is ready for a long-term career opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform rough and finish carpentry: casing, trim, window jamb extensions

+ Install doors, windows, lock sets, and other finish components

+ Work across job sites in Ames, Huxley, Ankeny, and Des Moines metro

+ Support general construction activities and assist superintendents

+ Maintain high standards for attendance, performance, and jobsite quality

**Qualifications**

+ Minimum 2 years of commercial carpentry experience

+ Skilled in framing, drywall, trim, and metal stud installation

+ Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, and work independently or as part of a crew

+ Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
