Role Description We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Team Manager to lead high-performing project teams within the construction and life sciences sectors. This role is ideal for a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving results in fast-paced environments. Role Overview: As Team Manager, you will oversee and support a team of consultants and senior consultants, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal operations, and senior leadership. You will guide project execution, foster team collaboration, and ensure exceptional client delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 5+ consultants and senior consultants, fostering trust, growth, and accountability Coordinate and manage project execution across construction and life sciences initiatives Engage stakeholders regularly to align on goals, timelines, and expectations Champion change management strategies that improve efficiency and client satisfaction Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance across all workstreams Run weekly team meetings and provide clear communication of progress and deliverables Identify project risks early and create actionable mitigation plans Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 5+ years of experience in project management or project controls within construction/life sciences 5+ years of leadership experience managing internal teams and external stakeholders 3+ years of consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities Strong working knowledge of cost and schedule management for capital projects Understanding of commercial construction lifecycle from contract negotiation to closeout Proven ability to work in-person onsite, 5 days per week Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and proactive Strong relationship-building mindsetwith clients, teammates, and leadership Agile and adaptable in dynamic environments Comfortable asking questions and eager to learn
