Transportation Engineer - Project Manager

I am partnered with an award-winning, multi-disciplined firm local to Sioux Falls that offers a full range of services to both public and private sector clients and they are looking to add a Transportation Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, prepare and monitor budgets, project scheduling, etc.
• Perform business development to maintain and grow our relationship with the DOT clients and teaming partners
• Participate at DOT workshops, meetings, and events.
• Provide support and project lead for planning, design, and reporting on various transportation projects
• Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets for various projects, primarily for DOT.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of transportation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally throughout South Dakota for business development and project meetings
• Comfortable speaking at client and public events
