Part-Time Evening & weekend Handyman Wanted for Apartment Repairs Long Beach/Los Angeles Area

We are a property management team seeking a reliable, experienced part-time handyman to handle general repairs and maintenance for apartment units. Responsibilities include fixing plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, faucets), minor electrical work (e.g., outlets, switches), installing/fixing mirrors, interior painting, and light remodeling to prepare units for rent (e.g., cosmetic updates, fixture replacements).

Requirements:

Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, mirror work, and apartment remodeling.
Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
Individual must have their own tools, reliable transportation, and valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently.
Must have your own vehicle
Available 8-16 hours/week, flexible schedule (as-needed for unit turnovers).
Work schedule: Evening & Saturday or Sunday
References and background check require.
Compensation: $24 per hour, based on experience and skills. Paid Bi- weekly;
