un Handyman / Appliance Repair Tech Needed (walnut creek) compensation: $25-50/hr depending on experience / job I manage several properties in the Bay Area and I'm looking for a reliable Handyman & Appliance Repair Technician to assist with ongoing maintenance and repairs. Requirements: Appliance Repair Skills: Ability to repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, and (ideally) HVAC systems. Handyman Skills: General construction and repair abilities plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, etc. Compensation: $25-50/hour, depending on experience and skillset. New hires start at the lower end of the range. After 2-3 jobs, if the work is solid, I'll bump up the rate for smaller jobs.
