Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor- 85-90k + Bonus

The Maintenance Supervisors function is to provide multiple support roles for maintenance and production operations. This includes responsibility for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both facility and process equipment according to safety, prescribed maintenance systems and manufacturing processes supporting MGK business objectives. This role supports off-hours call in support needs related to security, building infrastructure and critical manufacturing needs.

salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a working supervisor; perform hands-on maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation tasks.
• Supervise, schedule, and provide technical guidance and development to the maintenance staff. Assist in training new employees with on-the-job training and CMMS system.
• Maintain and troubleshoot process equipment such as pumps, valves, piping systems, mixers, control systems, compressors, HVAC, and other utility and facility systems.
• Support proper running of utilities including ammonia refrigeration, steam, water, oil, and compressed gas systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Develop, implement, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with production, EHS, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Source parts and manage inventory of critical spares and maintenance supplies.
• Assist in capital project execution and plant upgrades as needed.
• Repair and maintenance of process equipment and related support utilities, building and exterior equipment.
• Assist in managing outside contractors.
• Assist with installation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of equipment and manufacturing processes.
