Hands on Superintendent position with Growing Management Company

Looking for a motivated and skilled superintendent to work with a growing management company in Northern NJ
- Competitive salary and vehicle reimbursement -based on experience
- established company based in Bergen county with properties in bergen hudson and middlesex counties
- must be experienced in carpentry, building maintenance, light electric and plumbing, inspections, repairs, and inspections
- must have valid drivers license
- computer skills a plus
- fluent in english
- looking to fill a long term position to grow with us - management is buying several new properties each year
- must be able to deal with tenants and building inspectors
