What Youll Do

• Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects across all phasesfrom proposal to delivery.
• Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Oversee geotechnical investigations, including fieldwork, lab coordination, and data analysis.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and guide engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical rigor and collaboration.
• Analyze soil, rock, and material testing data to inform design recommendations.
• Prepare and present high-quality technical reports and findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Approve engineering deliverables such as bearing capacity calculations, foundation designs, and liquefaction assessments.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control across all project components.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and project management
• Expertise in soil testing, geotechnical analysis, and engineering design
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $44.00/hr.
