Location: Menasha, WI
Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour to start, based on experience (weekly pay)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Hours: 4050 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher for multiple residential jobsites in the Menasha, WI area. All sites are within driving distance and offer steady hours and long-term potential.

Position Overview: This role requires proficiency in both machine and hand-finishing techniques, as well as a strong commitment to jobsite safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a walk-behind power trowel with proficiency
Perform high-quality hand finishing using a bull float
Broom, edge, and joint concrete to project specifications
Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces to a professional standard
Finishing slabs and basements in residential settings
Must be able to help with full job from set up to finish (set up forms, pour, finish, strip forms, to completion of job)

Requirements
Proficiency with walk-behind power trowels, bull floats, brooming, edging, and jointing concrete is required - at least 2 years
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record required to operate a company vehicle
Must have your own basic hand tools
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job requires proper use of PPE: Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Hi Vis Vest or Shirts, Gloves
