Position Overview:
We are currently hiring experienced Concrete Form Setters and Finishers to join our field team. Ideal candidates have strong experience with forming, pouring, and finishing residential concrete and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
Set and align forms for patios, driveways, sidewalks, and walkways
Grade, compact, and prep job sites
Pour, spread, and level concrete
Finish concrete using floats, trowels, edgers, and other tools
Apply a variety of finishes (broom, stamped, exposed aggregate, etc.)
Ensure proper curing and protection of surfaces
Remove forms and maintain a clean, organized work area
Adhere to company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:
Proven experience with residential concrete form setting and finishing
Ability to interpret plans and execute jobs to spec
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in changing weather conditions
Positive attitude, punctual, and works well with others
