Job Description We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, with a particular focus on K-12 educational facilities. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring successful delivery within schedule, budget, and scope. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from concept through construction administration.
- Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and project delivery.
- Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Participate in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement sessions.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA, and educational facility standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Licensed Architect preferred.
- 7+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of K-12 and/or healthcare projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
