Construction Project Manager

Our client, a small architecture firm, is hiring a Construction Project Manager on a temp to perm basis, ASAP! This role is 5 days/week onsite in Fort Worth/Dallas - Texas.

Responsibilities

- Manage a small construction team

- Manage construction sequencing for all team members and trades

- Keep records of budgets and materials

- Track deliveries and allocate supplies to the correct site

- Ensure compliance with design intent

- Provide an agenda and lead weekly management meetings for project updates

- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules

- Organize material orders and deliveries

- Manage construction sequencing for all team members and trades

- Send progress photos and updates daily

- Keep records of budgets and materials

- Promptly report unforeseen site conditions to the architect

Qualifications

- At least 6 years of experience

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferred)

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Manager

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe, Excel, Word, SharePoint, TSheets
