. Responsibilities 2.1 Project Coordination Support the planning and execution of construction activities in line with project schedules. Coordinate between general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients. Monitor progress and assist in resolving day-to-day construction issues. Ensure work is completed to the approved design, scope, and specification. 2.2 Documentation and Reporting Maintain updated construction drawings and documents on-site. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Assist in compiling reports for change orders, RFIs, site instructions, and meeting minutes. Maintain accurate records of project files, inspection logs, and permits. 2.3 Scheduling Support Assist in the development and updating of construction schedules. Coordinate with trades to sequence work in alignment with project milestones. Track critical path items and notify management of potential delays. 2.4 Site Logistics and Coordination Assist with site access, laydown area planning, and delivery coordination. Support implementation of the site logistics plan. Coordinate temporary facilities and utilities with subcontractors and suppliers. 2.5 Quality Control and Inspections Support quality assurance processes by monitoring workmanship and adherence to specifications. Coordinate inspections with local authorities and consultants. Track non-conformance issues and ensure timely resolution. 2.6 Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance Support the Safety Officer in enforcing site safety standards and protocols. Participate in safety audits and toolbox talks. Report incidents or hazards and assist in implementing corrective actions. 2.7 Meetings and Communication Attend and contribute to coordination meetings, site walk-throughs, and safety briefings. Liaise with the design team and engineers to resolve technical queries. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders. 3. Deliverables Weekly Progress Reports RFI and Submittal Logs Inspection and Quality Records Meeting Minutes Updated Construction Schedules (in coordination with the scheduler) Site Coordination Drawings and Logistics Plans (if applicable) 4.
