**What Youll Do:**
+ Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
+ Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and qualitymaking adjustments as needed.
+ Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools to prep and finish parts.
+ Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project specs and deadlines.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
**What You Bring:**
+ Proven experience in MIG, TIG, or stick welding (1+ years preferred).
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
+ Familiarity with welding safety procedures and PPE requirements.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
