Traveling Construction Laborer (Per Diem Offered)**
**Job Description**
This role involves preparing construction sites for the installation of erosion control projects. You will be responsible for raking and preparing soil for the application of concrete mats. Additionally, you will handle loading and unloading materials from trucks and read plans to follow instructions from the superintendent.
**Responsibilities**

+ Load and unload materials from trucks.
+ Read and interpret plans as instructed by the superintendent.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and shovels.
+ Ability to follow directions and work within a team.
+ Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
+ Willingness to travel extensively and work in various weather conditions.

**Work Environment**
Work involves traveling to various sites across the country, requiring adaptability to changing environments and weather conditions. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
