CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Refrigeration Technicians for commercial and institutional projects in the Huntsville, AL area. We are seeking reliable tradesmen with strong skills in copper piping, equipment installation, and refrigerant line work. If you cannot commit to a full 40-hour workweek, work safely with a crew, or stay drug-free on site, please do not apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and run copper piping for refrigerant systems

• Set and connect commercial HVAC units

• Run and secure refrigerant line sets

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical layouts

• Maintain clean jobsite conditions and adhere to safety regulations

• Travel as needed to various job sites across the region

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of HVAC refrigeration experience

• Skilled in copper pipe work and brazing

• Personal hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation to travel between sites

• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

• EPA certification not required
