We're seeking a Project Managerto join our teaminNew York City on a municipal agency construction buildings project. You'll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today's challenges. As a senior member of our team, you'll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including: Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. You'll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

Here's what you'll need

  • Professional Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering is preferred
  • 12+ years of as a Project Manager in an Architectural or Engineering organization
  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
  • Experienced with project monthly schedule review and update process
  • Experience with tracking project issues to beneficial resolution
  • Experience with Ventilation, Heating, HVAC systems, and General Construction
  • Experience with Program/Project Management Software System
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Data management experience

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

  • CCM or PMP certification
  • OSHA 30 certification

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

140,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

180,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 to $180,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
