Project Supervisor

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Facility Project Supervisor supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Facility Project Supervisor oversees all aspects of various facility maintenance and improvement projects; coordinates work activities of internal staff, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned projects; tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management; selects, negotiates with, and manages activities of external consultants or vendors.

• Leads the development of the project scope of work, budget, and timeline
• Vets subcontractors and related consultants, and suppliers
• Communicates and provides reports and presentations outlining the project status to the customer
• Ensures safety risk assessment and environmental health policies (HMC), as applicable, are adhered to
• Ensures all code compliance is obtained
• Reviews and analyze change order requests for merit and cost reasonableness
• Identifies problem-solving opportunities to enhance project management abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of responsible building and facilities maintenance contract experience
• Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

PREFERRED QUALITIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent
• Experience in planning and maintaining facility budgets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
