As an Electrical Apprentice at nVent you will gain hands-on experience through learning and applying the concepts and skills of a licensed electrician. This opportunity will equip you with the technical and leadership skills for a successful career as an electrician in manufacturing.
In this role you will work under the mentorship of expert electricians solving various machine and facility problems, including conducting repairs, completing preventative maintenance, and supporting process improvements for the facility and production equipment. In addition to the usual everyday tasks: maintaining and testing equipment and systems, as wells as assisting contractors with the servicing, are critical parts of this role.
The ideal candidate:

• Is actively pursuing a MN Electrician licenses
• Has mechanical and electrical experience
• Interest in a career in Manufacturing
• Interest in pursuing a Leadership role

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
