**About the role**

The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined mission critical and infrastructure construction project solutions for commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading mission critical infrastructure projects related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Typical projects are large commercial HVAC replacements, Electrical projects including Uninterruptable Power Supply replacement projects, and other industrial office support projects. The selected candidate will be required to work from an office in Columbus, OH three days a week.

**What youll do**

+ Lead all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects related to new infrastructure, cooling towers, chillers, roofing replacements, MEP, HVAC, and electrical.

+ Knowledge of how building infrastructure works and ability to think critically when issues arise.

+ Conduct periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor the status of work completed during the delivery schedule.

+ Apply CBRE and client standards to multifaceted real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.

+ Lead construction and renovation projects and ensure detailed staff understand and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.

+ Oversee regional project reports, steward account-specific Key Performance Indicators, and promote overall program improvements.

+ Build relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements.

+ Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conduct standard requests for proposals; complete bid analysis; recommend resources to clients.

+ Implement communication plans for meetings and create written reports/minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.

**What youll need**

+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch), Professional Engineer Certification, or a combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

+ Minimum of 6 years of experience managing infrastructure construction projects related to retail and financial facilities.

+ Prior experience with reading and understanding Civil, Electrical, & Mechanical drawings, etc.

+ Knowledge of MS Projects, leases, contracts, and construction practices.

+ Must be able to pass an extensive financial background required by the financial institution client,

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The minimum salary for this position is $110,000..00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $140,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsends applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
