- Conduct safety audits and assist with contractor quality control and safety at construction sites.
- Ensure contractors complete work on schedule and address warranty issues.
- Communicate daily status of current projects to the Project Manager to ensure timeliness and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain 100% 'Safety Standards and Accountability' in all areas of mandatory/regulatory requirements.
- Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.
- Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements.
- Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with construction process requirements.
- Review all catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken to minimize recurrence of problems.

- At least 2 years of direct or self-perform concrete supervision experience.
- Commercial/Industrial project experience.
- Experience as a Construction Superintendent.
