Job Description

Project Manager:

Oversee day to day work on job sites

Schedule sub-contractor(s) to keep build timeline flowing

Sourcing and calculating amount of material(s) needed

Report to the team on next steps or any issues

Assist with customer meetings: from initial contact to end of build

In field construction experience and knowledge of current building codes is a must

*Carpentry skills a plus!

*Estimating skills a plus!

Pride Built Homes offers six paid holdays, paid time off, Aflac (employee paid), and 401(k) match after six months.

Schedule is Monday through Friday.

Job Requirements

Must have prior project management experience.

Ability to work with a team and individually as needed.

Drivers license with a clean background required.

Dependable vehicle

Valid Driver's license
