un Certified Electrician needed for small job $300 (Broomfield) compensation: $300 Outdoor Lights: Outdoor swap out existing path lights, and sconces and add some more, casa app smart plug install for the water feature and testing to ensure it works right. Everything existing works on the outdoor just low voltage lights they work fine but are now dated looking so need to just swap those out with new modern style ones. All of these lights are low voltage. Material is here already. One of the light controller is flickering a bit it is old we can swap it out with new one from home depot. Indoor: Install ring doorbell camera, and wired version in the back door basement, test smoke detectors and show us how to reset them all at once if one goes off they all go on and we don't know how to turn these off easily. Swap out an existing GFI outlet that is old and it sometimes trips for no reason. We have speakers celling and there is sound controller that needs to be hooked up for these to turn on. Must have a vehicle to get material from nearby home depot in case we need to order something. Only certified electrician should apply. Easy job for someone who knows what they are doing. Can be a side job for someone and you can work after 2:30 pm. Payment upon completion of the work.
