Atlantic Corp is seeking a dependable, professional, and motivated HVAC & Restoration Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a leadership position ideal for someone with HVAC experience and a solid understanding of basic construction. Position Requirements:
HVAC knowledge (required)
Basic construction knowledge
Proven supervisor experience leading crews and job sites
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
Clean-cut appearance and professional demeanor
Valid NC Drivers License and clean driving record
Capable of driving a truck and trailer
Team player with a leadership mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $26$30/hr (based on experience)
