We are seeking a National Project Executive to oversee the full lifecycle of advanced technology construction projects-particularly data centers-across the U.S. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in managing large-scale, design-build initiatives and is ready to take ownership of high-impact, high-visibility work.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple large-scale projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Oversee all project phases: design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Drive strategic planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met or exceeded.
- Champion continuous improvement and lean construction practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 15-20+ years of experience managing large or simultaneous construction projects, including self-perform capabilities.
- Proven success in delivering complex design-build projects on time and within budget.
- Deep knowledge of building systems, MEP coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing teams of 30+.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, P6, and Autodesk.
- Experience with high-tech environments such as data centers, semiconductor facilities, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Estimating and field experience.
- Scheduling expertise.
- Familiarity with industrial systems, including gas, chemical, and wastewater.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $200000.00 - $250000.00/yr.
